THE President of (ICCI) Islamabad Chamber of Commerce Sardar Yasir Ilyas Khan Said that the Real Estate and Consrtuction Sector can boost the economy of Pakistan With Sustainable growth.
He was speaking to the inauguration cermemony of Aasa Real Estate and Builders, he suggested the Government of Pakistan to Upgrade Construction Package one more year which will attract too many investors to invest in Pakistan to bring revolution in real estate and construction sector in Pakistan.
He also said that housing demand is rapidly rising in Pakistan with the expansion of population and country need to build 12 million houses per year to overcome the huge gap. He further, added that with an extension in the construction package for real estate and construction sector for one more year will faciliatate the construction of more houses all accross the country. He also mentioned low income section of society.
” More than 70 Allied Industries are directly associated with construction sector will boom a construction activits will boost to the business of allied industries along side creating additional jobs.” He Mentioned.
The President of Islamabad Chamber of Commerce stated that construction and real estate sector plays a vital role for the development of econony should provide way much benefits to the sector to achieve better employement generation and econonmic growth.
He stated that the Government should make more conductive policies for the empowerment of economics specially for women so that they can also play an important role in economic development.
